What does a clearance cost?
The price of a clearance depends on the volume, the type of items and the share that must be disposed of rather than reused. Reusable furniture is credited – noticeably lowering the final cost. The values below are for disposal; working time is added.
Clearance and disposal
| Object | Volume | Disposal (guide) |
|---|---|---|
| Cellar or attic | ca. 3 m³ | CHF 110–160 |
| Garage | ca. 6 m³ | CHF 220–320 |
| 2-room flat | ca. 15 m³ | CHF 560–780 |
| 3.5-room flat | ca. 22 m³ | CHF 820–1'140 |
| 4.5-room flat | ca. 30 m³ | CHF 1'120–1'560 |
