The fixed price depends on the volume (number of rooms), the distance between addresses, the floor level and any extras such as packing, furniture assembly or final cleaning. As a rough guide, a 2–3-room move within the city of Zürich is usually in the low-to-mid four-figure range. The price only becomes binding after a free on-site visit – then it is fixed, with no hidden costs and no deposit.

The online form takes about 60 seconds. We usually get back to you the same working day with a first estimate. For the binding fixed price we arrange a short survey – on site or by video call.

A 2–3-room move is usually done in half a day to a full day, including loading and unloading. Larger households or moves with many floors and no lift take longer. We schedule the moving date so it fits your handover.

Yes. On request we deliver moving boxes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper, and collect the material again after the move. If you prefer, our team handles the complete packing and unpacking – especially useful when time is short or the contents are fragile.

Your goods are insured up to CHF 200,000 during transport and handling. In the rare event of damage we handle the claim without fuss. For especially valuable individual items we agree the right cover in advance.

Yes. We organise moves across Europe between Switzerland and Germany, Italy, Austria and France – in both directions. We prepare the customs documents together with you and coordinate the clearance at the border ourselves.

The price depends on the amount and type of items to be cleared, the effort for dismantling and the share that must be disposed of rather than reused. Here too you get a fixed price after a free visit. Reusable furniture is credited against the cost – which noticeably lowers the final bill.

Usable furniture is donated or reused, recyclable materials are properly separated and only the rest is disposed of in an environmentally sound way. You get the flat or house back broom-clean – including final cleaning on request.

Yes. We clear discreetly and respectfully – from heavily cluttered flats to the complete dissolution of a household after a death. On request we set aside documents and valuables separately and hand them to you.

Yes. Our move-out cleaning comes with a handover guarantee: if the property management objects to anything at the handover, we re-clean free of charge until the flat is accepted. That way you take no risk at the handover.

The entire flat including kitchen and appliances (oven, fridge, extractor hood), bathroom and joints, windows with frames, blinds, floors, cupboards and balcony. On request we also clean cellar and attic compartments. The scope follows the property management's requirements.

Yes. We store your furniture in our monitored premises – whether for a few days between two moves or over several months. On request we handle pickup, storage and later delivery completely. The cost depends on volume and duration.

Our storage rooms are camera-monitored and dry. Your belongings are carefully wrapped and labelled so everything comes back complete and undamaged on delivery.

You can pay conveniently by TWINT, in cash or by invoice. We do not ask for a deposit – you pay only once the work is done.
