1. Scope
These terms apply to all services of A.B Montage GmbH (moving, transport, clearance, cleaning, storage).
2. Quote and conclusion of contract
Our quotes are non-binding. The contract is concluded with written or verbal confirmation. A fixed price applies as long as scope and access match the details provided.
3. Prices and payment
The agreed prices (fixed or hourly) apply, including VAT. Payment by TWINT, cash or invoice.
4. Client’s obligations
The client ensures free access, necessary permits and timely provision of the goods.
5. Liability and insurance
We are insured as a carrier. The insured sum (first risk) is CHF 200,000.00 per vehicle, including trailer, semi-trailer and/or swap body. Damage must be reported without delay.
6. Cancellation
In case of cancellation shortly before the date, proportional costs may be charged.
7. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Zurich.
