General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These terms govern the contractual relationship between the company and its customers.
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all of the company’s services in the areas of moving, transport, clearance, cleaning and related additional services. Deviating agreements require written form.
2. Quote and conclusion of contract
Our quotes are non-binding and free of charge. A contract is concluded through the written or verbal order confirmation of the customer. The scope of services stated in the quote is decisive.
3. Prices and payment
The prices agreed in the quote apply. If a fixed price has been agreed, it remains binding under unchanged conditions. Additional, unforeseeable services are charged according to effort. Payment is made according to the terms stated on the invoice.
4. Customer obligations
The customer ensures free access, no-parking zones where necessary, and correct information on scope, access and floor. Delays or additional effort due to incorrect information may be charged additionally.
5. Liability and insurance
The company is liable for demonstrably culpable damage within the scope of the statutory provisions. The goods being moved are insured during transport. Damage must be reported in writing without delay, at the latest upon handover.
6. Cancellation
If a confirmed order is cancelled by the customer at short notice, the costs incurred up to that point and a reasonable cancellation fee may be invoiced.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, insofar as legally permissible.
